Special request from the Editor
I have produced this journal for free for a number of years. I would appreciate it if you would now do me a favour: join the World Economics Association. Membership is free. If you click here and enter your name, email address and nationality and click again, you will be a member. After only 14 weeks it has over 6,000 members. But we are aiming much higher. Thank you, Edward Fullbrook
